RAG enhances LLMs by allowing the integration of external data sources through retrieval from vector databases. The session will conclude with a practical demonstration of a simple chatbot trained on custom data.

With more than a decade of experience in software product development, Bobby seamlessly navigates the intersection of cutting-edge technology and business efficacy. Starting his career as a software developer, he quickly advanced into project and product management roles. He has also spearheaded multiple innovative ventures and programs focused on AI applications, satellite data, and gene technology. An alumnus of the Rotterdam School of Management with a Master’s degree in Business Information Management, Bobby is currently pursuing a Ph.D. researching AI simulations and synthetic data. Today, as an AI Capability Lead at Tietoevry Create, he continues to be a driving force for innovation — and make no mistake, he’s still one of the biggest geeks you’ll find around.

Barbora Blašková

Data Scientist, SAP

Barča graduated from FIT VUT and works at SAP as a Data Scientist, where she looks for ways to streamline the process of resolving customer incidents. She also dedicates part of her time to her doctoral studies at FIT, where she focuses on AI and neuroscience.
